Charle Warner opened a barber shop in the Fifer building in 1912. Scroll down to see a second photo of this shop interior.

The clock on the wall (top center) is printed with "Wm Fifer - Jeweler - Council, Idaho" This clock hung in the old Adams County Courthouse (clock) and still hangs in the new (2000) courthouse.
